Job Description


SalesRoads seeks a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a 100% remote role, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere quiet, with a qualified internet connection, and be part of a supportive, family-like atmosphere that prioritizes your personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct phone outreach to business executives and introduce our clients’ products and services.

+ Close deals and achieve sales targets

+ Hone your skills through comprehensive training and frequent coaching sessions


+ Proven sales experience in a B2B appointment setting

+ Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills

+ Persuasive and confident speaker

+ Quick learner and driven to succeed

+ High-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely

Earnings and Benefits:

+ W2 earnings structure with base pay and uncapped commissions ($40,000 to $55,000 per year for full-time positions)
