The HR Compliance and Policy Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that [Company Name] adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains up-to-date and effective HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

+ Job Description Management:Rewrite and update existing job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities.

+ Create new job descriptions based on input from department heads and supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

+ Employee File Maintenance:Clean up and organize employee files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.

+ Complete missing information in employee files through research and communication with relevant parties.

+ Policy and Procedure Review:Review existing HR policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement or update.

+ Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to ensure policies and procedures are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

+ Regulatory Compliance:Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure [Company Name] remains compliant.

+ Implement necessary changes to policies and procedures to address regulatory updates.

+ Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on compliance and policy management.

+ Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
