JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Completes National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment and Degree verify reporting, including error and rejection resolution. Assists the director with recurring and periodic data requests, such as: Collecting data to support the college's Strategic Plan and Enrollment Management Plan Calculating success rates by course, delivery type, instructor, and program specific graduation rates Collecting student body diversity data and data required for various program accreditation Also responsible for updating publicly displayed documents on the website such as semester summaries, graduation and retention rates, graduates by program, and employment data. Assists the director with data quality related to the SIS conversion to Workday and data entry and coding for ADHE file submissions. Completes requests for student information needed for communicating with students via text messaging. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in business or related area Job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of the Chancellor. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, research, business administration, education, or a related field One year of higher education experiencein research, reporting, and/or data analytics. Additional Information: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to individuals and large groups. Proficient in the use of computer software and applications, such as but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
