We are looking for our next VP Walmart & Club to manage the P&L and direct all aspects of daily operations, the growth plan, and set the future vision. This role will be a transformational leader who sets high-performing expectations and ensures follow through on commitments made to the organization, building followership with transparency, integrity, and authenticity. Leverage insights on environment, consumers, and customers to deliver the now and next. Full omnichannel support delivering B&M and digital growth. Collaborate with cross functional counterpart to ensure the strongest positioning for Hershey's brand. Work closely with Walmart & Club leadership at all levels and functions. Build creative strategies for sustainable growth, delivering for the customer and the company. Establish Hershey as the preferred vendor focused on partnership and strategic vision and execution. OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP: Compete aggressively and with healthy sense or urgency to deliver predictable, profitable, and sustainable growth and profit. Leverage market and internal analytics to develop a retailer, customer, and market strategy in support of company objectives. Analyze sales results versus plan and adjust attain or exceed plans while managing sales and distribution mix, balancing brand, and financial objectives. Maintain operating budgets/sales forecasts, and manages the overall sales, including customer scorecards and tracking. Maintain deep knowledge of customer's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with what is important to them and understanding how this could impact the business. Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights and Leadership to find the right solution to meet both Hershey's and Customer's objectives. RELATIONSHIPS AND TEAM: Build a diverse culture that transforms talent, build trust and accountability, and enables a compelling workplace and team environment where people can maximize performance and potential, and happiness. Successfully lead direct reports and team, but also lead, work with, and influence other key Functional leaders/teams in the Organization. Continuously evaluate the skills and effectiveness of the Walmart and Clubs teams, and instill a culture of high performance, accountability, teamwork, and development to achieve the goals of the organization and provide our people with opportunities to learn, growth and thrive. Demonstrate superior leadership ability to build strong cross functional and team building, managing, and influencing at different levels of the organization. CRITICAL EXPERIENCES/SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE Customer Management Across Multiple Channels Experience with multiple channels and customers. Strong digital/e-commerce acumen. Ability to create and execute customer/channel strategy. Manage operational elements to deliver now and next results. P&L Ownership (Including Retail, Channel, Customer) Experience running large P&L (customer/brand). Lead and operates with revenue generation mindset. Experience on managing sustainable business making the right decisions. Sales Planning (Translate Data and Insights Into Action) Leverage data analytics to understand sales trends and customer/consumer behavior.
