Summary: The Sr. Associate eCommerce Walmart & Club is directly responsible for developing and growing Walmart and Sam's Club within the .com channel by supporting Omni and sales team and closely collaborating with internal and external cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the .com business. Responsibilities include content management, forecasting, digital shelf merchandising, item maintenance, item troubleshooting & transactability, analytics and 3P management. The role supports all .com tactics to maximize the performance of the company's Omni strategy specifically for online at Walmart and Sam's Club. Summary of major duties: * Content Management. Leads the process to have best in class content for Walmart and Club. Co-owns with Content team, content being syndicated appropriately for each retailer and conducts audits to determine gaps to optimize PDPs. -Works closely with sales team to ensure that all new items are in the system for .com content development. -Works on prioritization of items to determine level of support from content team. * Item maintenance: Ensures all items are live and ready to be transactable on .com. Troubleshoots any issues and works cross-functionally to ensure the successful launch of new products and campaigns as well as best in class online presence of full catalog. * Forecasting: Forecasts Digital portion of business on a monthly and annual basis to inform total Digital Commerce forecast and building blocks. * Analytics and KPIs: Establish .com reporting/KPI's to ensure progress against objectives and communicates performance back to the organization. Monitors .com performance, digital penetration and works on ad-hoc analytical request * 3P management: Partners cross-functionally and works with legal team to monitor and act on 3P sellers Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: * Analytical skills * Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives. * Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment * Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels. * Aptitude for problem solving/quick learning. * Positive attitude and high level of energy * Problem solver, ability to deliver on tactical work while understanding the big picture. * eCommerce experience is a plus. * Walmart experience is a plus.
