Job Description
We are looking for innovative minds to join our team to achieve success together! We are looking to add top talent to join our strong team of recruiters where our focus is providing RPO workforce solutions to our client.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client’s location in Southaven, MS. This will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while managing hiring manager and candidate relationships. This is a long-term/no end date W2 Contract role.
HYBRID Work Schedule: 3 days/week onsite at our client’s location in Southaven, MS. 2 days/week remote from your home office. Will transition to 100% onsite. Pay Rate: $25/hr

+ Polished communication skills and able to work is a fast paced environment
+ Savvy with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
+ Strong time management, attention to detail, and goal oriented
