Job Description

DUTIES: Provide analytics solutions to influence decision-making at senior levels of the client organization. Interacting with various senior business stakeholders, such as Marketing Directors and VP’s Product Managers to understand the objective of business initiatives and provide solutions. Solve unstructured business questions with actionable solutions by leveraging advanced data analytics techniques to model the returns and ROI /ROAS on loyalty marketing campaigns. Manage pricing analytics solutions to perform diagnostics to identify drivers and simulate price changes assisting in pricing decisions. Define data requirements, conceptualize & perform the analysis and co-ordinate implementation of analytics solutions. Prioritize analytical requests and projects from client, developing a project delivery schedule with detailed tasks and managing deliverable quality. Support development of best-in-class data visualization solutions (leveraging Tableau, Power BI) with dynamic simulation capabilities to inform KPI’s and outcomes from business decisions. Perform data mining or statistical analyses to detect consumer behavior patterns and translate findings into reports and dashboards that maintain existing solutions and identify areas of improvement. Present new ideas that involve data automation/ advanced analytics/statistical modeling to solve business problems tied to the key goals of the client organization. Manage delivery of multiple analytics projects including monitoring project progress, meeting with India team to review project progress, identifying project risks and planning to mitigate them, managing deliverable quality and recommending analytical/technical solutions to client to maximize KPIs. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related engineering or quantitative field. Minimum Experience Requirement: 5 years of experience in retail, loyalty marketing, and digital marketing. Minimum Special Skills Requirement: Must have 4 years of experience with each: Supporting clients with one-day turnarounds through extracting and analyzing data using statistical interfaces (SQL) and big data technologies (Teradata and/or Python); visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; predictive modeling, data mining, segmentation on large data sets to solve business problems tied to key client goals. Must have 2 years of experience with each: work with cloud platforms (Azure Databricks and/or Google Big Query) to accurately implement analytical/statistical techniques on centralized data; working with global teams and communicating effectively; handling client engagement through “on-site offshore” model.
