Currently, we are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join the ArcBest Technologies team. The Data Entry Clerk provides data input and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) verification services within ArcBest, its subsidiaries, and outside customers. This position’s secondary responsibility is DVD duplication services, RSA security token chargeback, set up FedEx Ground Accounts for departments, assist with outbound shipments by AB Tech Personnel, communicating and coordinating employee cubicle moves to appropriate departments, and updating the Campus floorplans (cubicle address) using AutoCAD.
Your contribution may include:
- Perform all data entry activities.
- Perform validation of data produced by OCR software.
- Provide monthly chargeback of DVD duplication and RSA security tokens.
- Process FedEx Ground shipment requests.
- Update and distribute information relevant to employee cubicle relocation.
- Update ArcBest Campus floorplan information using AutoCAD.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be a member of the ArcBest Technologies Data Entry team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload. Possibility of on-call during non-business hours.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum, one-year experience in a related field, preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements: Understanding of ABF, ABF Logistics. Understanding of the work environment of ArcBest and all subsidiaries. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
