The Category Management Team Lead for Walmart combines shopper and category insight with industry leading analytics to create and effectively sell-in a strategy that will drive competitive growth for Walmart. You will penetrate and collaborate at multiple levels within Walmart and Unilever to build and influence strategy and support a best in class team that oversees the execution of that strategy to the shelf and site. You will enable the team to lead the continuous improvement of the category growth process and identify and experiment with industry leading tools and capabilities to lead the development of the future of Walmart Category Management.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
+ Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
+ CPG Experience required, Walmart experience preferred
+ 10 years’ experience in Category Management, Customer Management, Insights or Sales Strategy
+ Extensive knowledge of syndicated data sources (ACNielsen, IRI, Household Panel, Loyalty Card Data)
+ Deep understanding of Walmart Inc. Assortment Discipline/Assortment Precision & Modular execution processes
+ Strong analytical interpretation, problem solving and influencing skills
+ Expertise in linking analytics via traditional data sources with cutting edge capabilities and tools to develop insights into action
+ Proven people management experience
+ Excellent planning, analytical, communication skills required; Strong PowerPoint, Excel and presentation skills
Pay: The pay range for this position is $135,600 to $203,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
