GenAI Specialist – Senior – EY Fuel – Consulting

As a GenAI Specialist, you’ll help businesses realize the value they can gain from their innovation efforts and IT investments. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service, providing support on how generative AI transformation contributes to new business opportunities. You will also have plenty of opportunities to spread your wings and develop your skillset to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the digital landscape.
You will work in an Agile team to identify, assess, and evaluate emerging technology areas, solutions, and ecosystems. As a specialist, you will help design, build, and deliver emerging technology proofs of concept, pilots, and solutions to our clients. You will also be expected to scan the market for new technologies, solutions, and approaches to assist in the development of Gen AI partner ecosystem to support EY’s growth as a generative AI leader. To be successful in this role, you should be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across full technology stacks and business domains.
Your key responsibilities
+ Support efforts to accelerate development of solutions and accelerators that drive transformational value for our clients and net-new incremental growth for the firm; drive progress using the fundamentals of the Lean Startup and Agile approaches
+ Support efforts across all sectors to drive generative AI awareness, thought leadership, business development, and solution delivery
+ Support research, assessment, and evaluation of internal and external technical capabilities relevant to emerging technology areas for the purposes of feeding EY’s emerging technology strategy and to curate firm knowledge and best practices
+ Conduct technical evaluations of internal and external generative AI solutions, assets, and enablers to help drive strategy and support project success; engage with external partners to build relevant solutions and alliances
+ Understand client and market problems and use that understanding to set and drive strategy and product vision for repeatable solutions that drive growth for EY
+ Support the development of generative AI, thought leadership, software development, and solution with a focus on quality and service excellence
+ Guide the development of architectures and design of new and current systems, including considerations such as security, reliability, and scaling
+ Work with product team to deliver excellent solutions and customer experiences
+ Train and upskill other EY resources in generative AI

To qualify for the role you must have
+ A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Economics or Industrial Engineering and approximately three years of related work experience; or a graduate degree in the same and approximately two years of related work experience.
+ Hands-on experience with machine learning, multi-task/meta-learning, deep reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, decision making under uncertainty, robotics and autonomy and randomized algorithms.
+ 2+ years of experience or educational equivalent in Artificial Intelligence
+ Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, or designing, and implementing new or emerging technology solutions within large organizations
+ Experience with Agile software development (like Scrum or Kanban)
+ Have familiarity with one or more industries and domains
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Valid driver’s license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
+ Experience in developing and fine-tuning generative AI models
+ Passion for pushing the boundaries of create AI applications and innovation
