Job Description
HealthPro Heritage at Home is currently seeking to add a PRN/Per Diem Physical Therapist – PT for home health in our Monroe Branch. Coverage area will include the Minden area.
+ FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!
+ Rates range from $60.00 – $110.00 depending on visit type. Position is “pay per visit.”

1. Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current license in the state of practice.
