Job Description
Hot Springs, Arkansas number one growing Home Improvement Company is seeking Appointment Setters at our Hot Springs office. Customer service experience is a must, as you will be interacting with clients on the
phones discussing our products and securing sales leads and appointments for our team.
FAST growing home improvement company with lots of opportunities to grow. No experience necessary will train.Responsibilities:
+ Set appointments and schedule leads for our Outside Sales Reps
+ Answer calls
+ Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
+ Research required information using available resources
+ Provide customers with product and service information
+ Enter new customer information into the system
+ Update existing customer information
+ Follow up customer calls where necessary
+ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
+ Complete call logs
+ Computers, CRM skills and excellent customer service skills is a MUST, Quick Learning and
+ Follow-up skills are important.
COVID-19 requirements for this position are: Working and following the COVID 19 Procedure securepolicy requested by the CDC and Government, Masks are mandatory.
Compensation:· Job Type: Full-time Positions Available
· $13 an hour PLUS bonus
· The average appointment setter can make between makes $480.00 to $700.00+ weekly with hourlyand commission
· Days: Monday- Friday- 11 – 8pm and able to work two Saturday per month-requiredPowered by JazzHR
