Responsibilities
The Team Lead is responsible for leading the work of the staff and participates in daily work activities while ensuring the production of the team. Communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and pleasant personality; effective memory skills; dependability, ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
+ Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
+ Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
+ Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
+ Delegating tasks to team members.
+ Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
+ Ensuring high productivity levels
+ Assist the team on the line when needed
The essential functions of this role include:
+ working in a smoke free environment
+ working in a non-temperature controlled environment
+ manual lifting up to 50lbs
+ standing for 10 hours at one time
+ working weekends
