Position Summary
The Under Armour Omni Technology team is responsible for aspects of technology for E-Commerce, Inventory, Retail, and associated Omni experiences. The team is looking for a talented professional to join their team as a Senior Analyst for Store System, Retail Technology. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role working cross functionally with UA Teammates and external partners to implement and support scalable solutions for our global retail and direct to consumer channels. Primary responsibilities of this role are to design, develop, implement, and support our store front end technologies and solutions including point of sale systems, in-store payments, and store system integrations. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert having worked extensively with Point-of-Sale, Order Management Systems, payment integrations and physical instore technologies and is familiar with APIs, data transformations and interfaces.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Implement, build, and support our point of sale and in-store payment solutions and associated integrations, primarily PredictSpring, Aptos POS, Aptos One and RetailPro store platforms and SAP FMS Pricing and Promotions for Retail
+ Partner and contribute to cross-functional and product teams including Digital Product, Store Operations, Global Retail, Ecommerce, Merchandise Planners and IT, understanding business needs, translate the needs into actionable projects and tasks, and implement technology solutions to satisfy the needs
+ Translate business requirements to functional requirements delivering functional specifications, data flows, standard operating procedures and solution documents for store front interfaces and applications
+ Execute enhancements, projects and IT Requests for POS systems and supported interfaces
+ Build, optimize, enhance, and maintain store front retail application jobs and workflows using approved workflow automation tool
+ Provide functional expertise and L3/L4 escalation support for store systems or questions related to master data, stores, items, pricing and promotions and transactional data issues or questions related to stores, items, sales, pricing, and promotions
+ Maintain and manage in-house test lab environments ensuring version control and configurations
+ Participate in agile delivery activities such as design, estimating, retrospectives and continuous improvement
+ Schedule, support and help execute software deployments, patches, upgrades, and rollouts
+ Provide periodic “on-call” coverage after normal business hours, weekends and/or holidays to ensure minimal outage time and superior service.
+ Execute Retail IT strategies and directives to ensure future company growth and success.
+ Manages consulting resources responsible to execute and deliver against projects and major enhancements
+ Transitions project work and system changes to service provider, providing detailed solution and documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
+ Provide functional expertise and L3/L4 escalation support for global store systems
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
+ Strong consumer-centric focus with knowledge of retail, consumer experience and omni enablement
+ Proficiency in SQL, JSON, PowerShell
+ Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions
+ Ability to analyze complex business challenges.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and enthusiasm to be hands-on with testing innovative technologies while understanding real-world applications
+ Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
+ Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
+ 9 years of related work experience with no degree

+ Travel: Occasional Travel to UA offices and/or conferences, etc. should be expected
+ Licenses/Certifications: ITIL certification is a plus

+ Base compensation range: $84,000 – $115,000
