Job Description
HealthPro Heritage at Home is currently seeking to add a full-time Physical Therapist – PT for home health in our Shreveport Branch. Coverage area will include Minden and surrounding areas.

+ FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!
+ Rates range from $65.00 – $110.00 depending on visit type. Position is “pay per visit.”
+ Salary positions are available depending on market/coverage area.

1. Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current license in the state of practice.
