Job Description
Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide supply chain analysis enabling strategic growth for Acosta clients via supply chain. Support and implement initiatives to maximize customer availability at Walmart within designated department/category at Walmart Stores, Inc.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
+ Enhance and support the Client’s partnership with the Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment manager andclients in the development of strategic plans for supply chain within the client/customer relationship
+ Manage day to day planning activities by monitoring and analyzing historical demand and trends. Reviewand ensure supply plan supports required demand plan.
+ Manage efforts between the Clients, and Walmart Stores, Inc. to ensure resolution of supply chain KPI’s
+ Create and archive infrastructure databases to support ongoing supply chain analysis forcustomers/clients
+ Work as integral part of assigned team assisting clients in presenting supply chain insights internally togain support for inventory investment, maximizing CFR at Walmart/Sam’s Club
+ Utilize and understand data and technology systems including Retail Link, PowerBI, and Retail Sync
+ Meeting the physical requirements-Seeing, Color Perception, Ability to Travel and Listening
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills: database formulas, pivot tables, and charts
+ Ability to interface with internal customers in a professional and ethical manner
+ Strong written and verbal communications skills
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to identify root cause of issues and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Ability to analyze data and trends to propose solutions
+ Microsoft PowerBI Experience preferred
