What will you do

As the Senior Customer Development Manager, Sam’s Club you will lead the full Kenvue business with this customer end to end. You will demonstrate specific focus on the development and achievement of Customer Business Plans and other key business objectives across Key Performance Indicators. This role will serve as a player/coach role with leadership for the full portfolio with this customer, while also having direct responsibility for one of the merchant relationships. All while driving a profitable business model including POS, share growth targets, trade investment management and customer profitability. This role will require strong connection with key internal stakeholders to influence our club channel strategy. You will work closely with the entire connected commerce team, global partners and external data partners to build out long term business plans and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the Kenvue customer relationship with Sam’s Club across the merchandising group

+ Responsible for driving profitable growth by focusing on core strategies and cultivating business partnerships in eCommerce industry

+ Build productive relationships with key internal stakeholders to influence GTM strategies for club channel with attention to enterprise impact

+ People leader responsible for managing Customer Development Managers and Senior Customer Development Associates on the Sam’s team; ensuring high engagement and execution of our people management approach with direct reports

+ Develop and execute eCommerce specific go-to-market to achieve sales targets

+ Build strategic partnerships with eRetailers to create joint value

+ eCommerce fundamentals with path to purchase journey (search, content, navigation, ratings and reviews, product assortment, promo effectiveness)

+ Analyze sales data to capture retailer insight and find opportunities on an on-going basis with sell-out and KPI

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Other related field.

+ A minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales, customer development, or related experience.

+ Strong analytical background, and/or category management experience

+ Agile problem solver, self- starter, ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

+ Hands-on problem solving across E2E business

+ Partner engagement – positive relationship building and listening skills

+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, investigation, and problem-solving skills

+ Intellectual curiosity: Challenge to the status quo and search for creative solutions that can improve the way of doing things. see the possibilities; willing to experiment; pursue new ideas; pleasant with ambiguity and uncertainty.

+ Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data

+ Strong computer and technology systems skills

Desired Qualifications

+ Previous experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club and CPG preferred

+ People management experience preferred
