Job Description
Will evaluate residential properties for compliance in regulations. They perform thorough property inspections, interview homeowners, and prepare inspection reports. will be evaluating properties for compliance in construction regulations and inspecting the integrity of structures. Will be evaluating properties for compliance. Perform all inspections and document details, photos, and repairs of occupied and vacant units on behalf of clients. Report tenants who are not living per the rules and regulations. Assist in assigning work orders and over see rent readies, hire help in maintenance as needed

Responsibilities

2) Set inspection/maintenance schedule
3) Create work orders for the Maintenance department for repairs noted at the time of each inspection
4) Audit unit keys/access, document dates of inspection and condition, and send inspection documentation to respective clients and internal departments as needed
