Range based on location $50,200 to $75,400, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary:
The Analyst, Drawback Operations supports the accurate tracking, management and reporting of the applicable finished goods and bulk shipments. This role requires an individual who can effectively build and maintain positive relationships while providing a superior level of customer service to the various key contacts. The successful candidate can work autonomously in a fast paced and deadline driven environment and has excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
This position is responsible for recordkeeping of import and export documentation. This role will track and report all exports out of Fort Smith and all imports into the US. This position will also assist customs brokers with the entry of ocean and cross border shipments for PRUSA replenishment orders and DI customer orders. The position will work with foreign suppliers, carriers and customs brokers to resolve issues related to shipping documents, bill of lading or Customs in-bond documents. This role is relied upon for their high-level of problem solving and reasoning skills and their ability to take appropriate action to ensure prompt and complete customer satisfaction.
Provides timely updates to Pernod Ricard USA management, ensuring accurate contact and order history information.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
Education:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics or related field required.
Experience / Qualification:
2-4 years of previous logistics, billing, customer service or order management experience. Experience in the Alcohol beverage industry preferred.
Strong and demonstrable customer service mindset.
Proven ability to deliver high quality results to a strict timetable within a fast paced environment.
Excellent decisions making, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Highly organized and consumer centric.
Able to thrive in and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent organization skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office. Experience in JD Edwards E1, OBI, Axis is an asset.
