Job Summary
Responsible for facilitating cross-functional teams engaged in location-specific continuous improvement activities using enterprise-wide standard methods for value creation and waste elimination in accordance with industry standard strategic deployments of Lean and Six Sigma. Ability to apply lean and problem-solving methodologies within cross-functional teams independently.
Job Responsibilities
+ Responsible for facilitating cross-functional teams engaged in location-specific continuous improvement activities using enterprise-wide standard methods for value creation and waste elimination in accordance with industry standard.
+ Ability to apply lean and problem-solving methodologies within cross-functional teams independently.
+ Responsible for the application of methods and tools encompassed by Lean and Six Sigma as the incumbent facilitates cross-functional teams and other personnel in continuous improvement projects.
+ Lead cross-functional teams in defining and scoping charters for continuous improvement projects.
+ Communicate clearly (written and oral) with customers, people and partners.
+ Lead / Facilitate the work of teams and individuals as assigned.
+ Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field and 0+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
+ Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
