What is Holistic Advisorship?
Holistic Advisory expands Category Management application to encompass all the experiences and engagement points of a retailer, requiring an expansion of skills in data management, advanced analytics, holistic shopper insights, & omnichannel marketing

What You'll Do
Ability to thrive, & operate in Ambiguous situations
Proactively identify marketplace opportunities which lead to category growth.
Partner to Build the strategic vision across the Total Retailer Experience
Leverage analytical tools such as MasterCard APT, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL (Optionally), and more.
Develop and manage projects that create the future of the category, including macro-space planning, fixture innovations, feature implementations, merchandising standards and beyond.
Coordinate the timetables to ensure cohesive experiences and aligned merchandising strategies; ensure timely and accurate execution of physical & digital shelves.
Merge physical and digital strategies to ensure consistency in category execution across all fulfillment models.
Synthesize actionable insights using retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, and shopper insights.
Grow connectivity with retailers and identify new contacts to extend reach and capabilities.
Establish yourself as the leading provider of category strategies and expertise, with your retailer and within your team.
Enhance cross-functional capabilities by working alongside counterparts in other areas of the Advisor team and cross-functionally partners.
Question the status-quo and continually challenge yourself and the team with what is possible.
