Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The student will work on a LASER PULSE and USAID grant-funded project through the Department of Agriculture, focusing on low-cost rice drying technology. The student will be responsible for assisting with the study, including focus group discussion, experimental setup, data collection and analysis, data presentation, publication of results, and other duties as needed. The student should be willing to work both spring and fall semesters to accompany the faculty when visiting the schools regularly. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
The applicant must be a current student (preferably in Agricultural engineering) in the School of Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Sciences and should have a good GPA. Applicants should have organizational skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
