Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Research and Evaluation Associate (REA) supports the strategic objectives and activities of Community Health and Research (CHR) and reports to the Senior Director of Evaluation. The primary functions of this position are to support evaluation, research, and quality improvement in the area of community health, and to manage data needed to track, evaluate, and report on project activities and outcomes. The REA will co-develop and lead CHR research, evaluation, and quality improvement, including the development and submission of funding proposals, project development and management, publication, and dissemination. The REA will develop and execute culturally responsive plans to evaluate CHR programs and services and community health policies. This includes designing and leading evaluations of programs or policies; managing and collecting data needed to track, evaluate, and report on policy and program activities and outcomes; analysis, and preparing data for use in proposals, manuscripts, presentations, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
