Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Establish category strategy and 4P planning through developing annual and monthly category plans.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Channel strategy/product assortment/planogram management and shelf-layout/
promotional strategy/price guideline and management
A&CP Budget control and manage category / customer profitability
Sharpen business plan through on-going data analysis and performance review
Play an active role in terms of seeking for business opportunities and operating process
Focus category management on the targeted shopper within strategic framework as set in annual business plan
Run customer specific category management projects
Use and leverage category and shopper insights
Implement customer marketing plan activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
At least 3 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG industry
Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels
Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment
Self-motivated and can-do spirit
A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency
Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
