Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Create under limited supervision quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer. Dealing with limited volume
2. Create under limited supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
3. Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
4. Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax
5. Generate reports & track orders, opportunities, booking and shipment
6. Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
7. Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products

Support CPR (Customer Paid Repair) program with ownership of orders from initial customer contact through return shipment back to customer.
Includes documentation check, customer communication, SAP data entry and monitoring, order tracking and follow-up with internal support teams, repair centers and customers as needed to progress orders.

U.S. Salary Range:
$60,000.00 – $82,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
