As the Retention Testing & Audience Lead, you will play an integral role on the Americas Retention Marketing team, driving the strategy, planning, execution & measurement of an aggressive testing agenda. You will also help ensure we are providing personalized marketing by setting audience strategy. This person will work cross-functionally with marketing ops, creative, analytics, DTC channels (email, app, SMS, loyalty program, etc), agency partners & internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, high quality deliverables are completed.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable thinking strategically/analytically as well as rolling up their sleeves and executing. This role will suit an individual who is highly organized, process driven, thrives with change, and brings a high degree of ownership as they work cross-functionally.
This teammate will report to our Senior Director, Loyalty & Retention and lead the Retention team’s Test & Learn strategy as well as Audience Planning.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ You drive and execute on an analytically focused Americas Retention Marketing Testing roadmap
+ You partner closely with site and tech teams to drive cross-channel wins, grow ecommerce, and improve consumer retention
+ You design, manage, and deliver audience/customer segmentation strategies to serve the right content to the right customers at the right time
+ You continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and optimize team efficiency, innovating with the wider Ecommerce Delivery team
+ You inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energy on team collaboration to drive high quality deliverables
+ You keep testing and audience artifacts up to date in UA business systems like Confluence and JIRA. Where applicable you create project monitoring tools and slides to provide transparent communication
+ You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to execution
+ You are curious and identify areas of opportunity to test across retention channels based on data-driven insights, customer insights, or competitive observations
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
+ Proven track record of leading testing agendas and optimization initiatives in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with email marketing
+ Demonstrated success in hypothesis-driven test design
+ Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organizational skills
+ Capacity to manage dependencies across teams
+ Skilled at coordinating with 3rd party partners and remote teams to deliver against commitments
+ Proficient in basic data management (SQL and Excel; Python a plus) and analysis
+ Experience with Jira, Confluence or Air Table
+ Experience with testing tools like Adobe Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Interaction Studio
+ Ecommerce experience preferred
+ Adobe Analytics or GA experience a plus
Education And / Or Experience
+ 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on testing in a fast-paced environment
+ Bachelor’s Degree required

Salary & Relocation

Base Compensation Range: $95,662.00 – $131,535.80
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
