This person will perform moderately complex, non-repetitive, clerical accounting duties which require familiarity with accounting office practices and procedures. This person will analyze and verify internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents and make adjustments as needed. Generally requires 2 or more years of work experience with 1 year in a bookkeeping or accountant type role. 4 year college degree preferred. Experience in SAP and proficient in Excel, as well as a background in the food industry preferred.

WIP Inventory Reconciliation
Maintain, Verify and enter Daily Production Reports.
Calculate Daily Yields and Compare to Standards
Raw Inventory Reconciliation
Finished Goods Inventory Reconciliation.
Maintain Chep Pallet Inventory
Accounts Payable Backup
Hourly Payroll Backup
Monthly Closing Reporting
Help Answer Office Phone and Door.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
This person must have knowledge of a wide variety of prescribed accounting codes and classifications. This position requires knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures but not of principles.
Education and Experience:
