Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:Under direction supports IT Research Systems/AR Comprehensive Research Informatics Suite (AR-CRIS) applications, including but not limited to the Research Accounting System and various business information management dashboards (e.g. Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute HUB, ARResearch, etc.). Serves as subject matter expert on software functionality and integration; is responsible for building system components, testing, implementation support and maintenance of assigned system application(s). Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and root cause analysis and then identifies and/or implements potential solutions for issues related to the system or usage of it. Analyzes/reviews and tests each release and communicates needed changes to operational users. Must be able to document and follow change control procedures for the system. Works closely with other analysts, software vendors and operations to ensure data integrity is maintained and that IT deliverables meet operational business needs.
