Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Special Project Analyst's primary responsibility is to oversee projects that support the non-credit division of the University of Arkansas Global Campus. The Special Project Analyst will provide general support and complete various projects related to Professional and Workforce Development programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for working independently and in collaboration with other department units and relevant internal/external staff, faculty, and administrators to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate systems and procedures.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in program coordination, project management, or relative field

Experience working in a higher education setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Experience in program implementation using defined strategies and processes

Experience in writing reports or technical writing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Willingness to see problems as opportunities

Solution minded approach

Go-getter attitude

Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset

Willingness to work in highly collaborative environment

Excellent communication skills
