The Shift Manager Players Club is responsible for maintaining the front-line operations of the Players Club desk while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Oversees assigned operational functions within the Players Club desk consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the Company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives.
+ Assists Players Club Representatives and guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
+ Explains the loyalty program in detail and redeems guests’ points for express comps.
+ Issues FREEPLAY and explains how to use it.
+ Evaluates members’ status and issues complimentary amenities based upon established Company guidelines.
+ Keeps up to date on all activities and events at the property.
+ Coordinates with other employees to ensure timely service to guests.
+ Conducts daily Team Update briefings; creates a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
+ Provides direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within the Player’s Club Department, consistent with the company’s service standard.
+ Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and coaches Player’s Club staff for the efficient operation of the department.
+ Promotes and maintains the highest level of service to all guests, including smiling, greeting, and making eye contact, while staying alert to their needs.
+ Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority
+ Notifies leadership of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
+ Perform other job-related duties as requested.
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Two (2) years of relevant experience
