The Senior Risk Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Risk Management Professional estimates the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss. Develops and implements controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization’s risks. Assesses and communicates information regarding business risks with functions across the organization. Begins to influence the department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, and approaches performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
+ 5 or more years of technical experience
+ 3-5 years of compliance or Risk Management experience
+ Software Documentation
+ Data Analysis reporting of results to key leaders
+ Proven facilitation and presentation skills
+ Effective written communication (Documenting processes)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Efficient in developing and improving processes
+ Background in CMS (Medicare) standards and guidelines

COVID Vaccination Policy
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their homes to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
