Are you looking for a career in Sales? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED HVAC Sales Job Duties:+ Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
+ Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or services needs
+ Demonstrate functions and utility of products or services of customers based on their needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
+ Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
+ Maintain detailed reports on sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other customer or vendor relationship issues
+ Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
+ Excellent sales and negotiating skills
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to function in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
+ Must be highly motivated
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Knowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work-related technology
+ Bachelors Degree preferrred but not required
+ Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
+ Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position
