Airco Service is seeking a Sales / Install Coordinator for our Lowell, AR location. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can operate with minimal supervision, is task driven, reliable, and flexible on working hours.
Qualifications
+ Experience in the industry is preferred but not required.
+ Highly motivated, close attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
+ Enthusiastic, positive, process driven and eager to learn.
+ Proficient in all Microsoft Products (Knowledge of Service Titan preferred)
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
+ Qualified candidates will have basic knowledge of the local geography and streets
+ Must be able to prioritize dispatches according to urgency
+ Must be organized and able to disperse sales appointments
+ Drug free and a clean background report
+ Current and valid Driver License
Job Functions
+ Coordinate sales and install schedules.
+ Monitor dispatch board for calls, correcting errors or making changes as requested.
+ Assigning estimators to sales jobs, dispatching and sending details.
+ Build job packets for install.
+ Pull city permits and schedule city inspections.
+ Follow up on sales /install jobs.
+ Fielding calls from customers, coworkers, and inspectors.
+ Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
+ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
+ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
+ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
+ Advise on company information and stay current with company promotions.
+ Basic office functions such as emailing, faxing, filing, etc.
+ Customer Service is a must! Work with the customers in a polite, friendly and respectful manner.
+ Work with department managers as workload and conditions change throughout the day.
