Merchandiser Supervisor The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities. Benefits

Position Territory This position will supervise merchandisers who support our customers’ stores located across Springdale and Harrison. We have a local branch located in Springdale, AR that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings. Position Responsibilities

+ Train and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.

+ Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.

+ Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.

+ Manage labor budget

+ Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.

+ Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.

+ Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.


+ High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED)

+ 3 years of merchandising experience

+ 1 year of merchandising management/supervisory experience
