Job Description

Clinical Innovation & Customer Experience manager will be responsible for Design and implement business changes that drive industry specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. Individual capable of delivering data driven consulting programs in the Clinical Innovation and Customer Experience space for a health organization.

Responsibilities include:

+ An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.

+ Experience eliciting high-level Clinical and Customer Experience business needs and creating detailed requirements and other documentation, such as business cases, op-model matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.

+ Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.

+ Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design.

+ An awareness of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.

+ Leads flawless delivery of consulting projects. Excels at project delivery discipline, bringing rigor and attention to detail to deliver projects on time and on budget

+ Manages and produces impeccable project deliverables creating real client value to every client on every project such as, but not limited to operating models, project plans, process maps, implementation plans, roadmaps, prioritization matrices, capability assessments, data-driven analysis, and process improvements

+ Manages client relationships during project delivery and cultivates relationships pre/post-delivery

+ Uses a data-driven approach identifying and delivering client value/opportunities within the Clinical Innovation and Customer Experience journeys

+ Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments to manage scope in accordance with the project contract objectives, timeline, budget, terms, and deliverables

+ Develop, coach, and mentor practice resources to drive growth and career progression

+ Supports business development of sales strategies, with existing and new clients, through the development of sales/offering materials, responses to RFPs (request for proposal), etc.

+ Basic Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Minimum of four years experience in healthcare retail

+ Minimum of four years experience in client delivery

+ Minimum of four years experience in Program Management & Delivery

+ Preferred Requirements:

+ Previous Consulting experience that includes delivery on team-based projects

+ Fluency with Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint)

+ Experience responding to RFPs

+ Data visualization software skills, such as: Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau

+ Experience creating business cases and business requirements

+ Experience analyzing large, disparate data sets to identify value opportunities

+ Experience in Pharmacy and clinic

+ Specialty Services (vision, dental)

+ Some sales exp would be nice (ability to generate a portfolio of work)

+ Fluency with Experience Design

+ Comfort in working with business, analytical ,and technical stakeholders

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $152,700 – $190,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
