Supplier Diversity Analyst – Remote

The purpose of this position is to support the Global Supplier Diversity Program, including working with the sourcing, contracting, supplier management teams, suppliers, other internal stakeholders and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the Global Supplier Diversity Program.
Coordinates the Tier 2 program.
Works with the Data Analytics team to design and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
Supports the continuous data quality improvement and makes changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness and access.
Collects and rationalizes data from multiple sources. Ensures data integrity and accuracy.
Provide training to new and existing users of dashboards, reports and reporting requirements.
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Will provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Will coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year College and/or University. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
Experience working with standard accounting systems reports and data feeds.
Functional knowledge of procurement practices and requirements.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Software. Ability to work with large amounts of data. Problem solving, mathematical analysis and knowledge of accounting preferred.

The minimum salary for the SD/Procurement Analyst position is 65000 annually and the maximum base salary for the position is 75000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program."
