Job Description:

With high-level goals provided, coordinates deliverables and deliverable schedule between the vendor and the client. Ensures that vendor deliverables are in compliance with contract terms and conditions. Escalates delivery and/or compliance issues to project management as necessary. With high-level goals provided, develops scope of work, pricing, timing and other related request for proposal documents during pursuit phase. Upon project initiation, collaborates with the client to develop tolling system rules and designs of basic to high complexity. In collaboration with vendors and the client, performs the implementation of the vendor’s selected tolling system. Works with the client’s tolling staff to perform user acceptance testing of the final system. Oversees the hiring and training of the tolling system operators that will be working on the new tolling system. Performs final system start up, testing, and go live activities. Performs other duties as required. Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm. May supervise the work of junior staff on project work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. 10 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills and Abilities:

Expert technical knowledge of tolling systems. Advanced knowledge of basic business office software (Word, Excel, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range Minimum:

$98,634.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$167,669.00
