Job Description

Description We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Customer Success Specialist! If you are a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships, then we have the position for you. This role involves working in a high-volume environment, managing customer relationships, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue.

How you will make an impact

- Train customer-facing staff in ways to improve customer service and loyalty

- Design and implement strategies to improve the customer experience

- Promote customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty

- Develop, track, and analyze customer satisfaction metrics

- Solution for complex problems and issues

- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence Requirements – Excellent business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence

- Strong technical skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)

- Familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs

- Prior customer service/call-center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment

- Outstanding research, analytical, and interpersonal skills
