Job Description

Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a dynamic, tech savvy, and adaptable Regional Nurse Team Lead/Trainer for our KY, TN, and AR territories!

This candidate will have both clinical and administrative nursing experience.

This position is very hands on, and it will require learning each of the clinical roles to effectively train the team. (Front Office, Triage, Injection Room, Clinic).

This position is based at our Memphis Location and requires extensive travel (approximately 75%) within the region to provide training, quality assurance, and facilitate nursing care with new acquisitions, as well as other regional locations once acquisitions are complete.

The is is a salaried position with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional Saturday hours, evenings and overtime, as needed.

*Travel is required to all offices, as needed. Travel reimbursement, is provided.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

+ Work in a fast-paced clinic with hands on patient care

+ Train staff in Clinic and Shot Room

+ Work with patients in all age ranges

+ Be flexible with work assigned

+ Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork is vital

+ Triage Patients

+ Follow daily protocols associated all aspects of patient care and medications

+ Facilitate patient education regarding medications and environmental control

+ Complete documentation in the EMR system

+ Train new staff as needed, or directed

+ Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with public, partners. customers, and co-workers, while working cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve common goals

+ Ability to manage time and resources to ensure assignments are completed accurately and deadlines are met. Meets attendance/punctuality requirements

+ Ability to adapt to changing work environment, work priorities, and organizational needs. Takes independent action to address and resolve problems

Education, Prior Work Experience,

+ Degree in Nursing- LPN/RN with an active and unrestricted Nursing License, or an eNLC multistate nursing license

+ Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a Clinic setting

+ CPR certification required

+ Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Valid Driver’s License Required
