In your Customer Logistics Specialist role, youll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. Manage customer inventories consistent with customer requirements of service level and inventory turn objectives, while maximizing supply chain efficiencies. Coordinate customer order fulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in cost effective manner for stores and ecommerce. Facilitate problem resolution in order fulfillment process through in-depth data analyses, demonstration of both system and supply chain knowledge, and resources. Leverage independent decision making to resolve issues.Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own customer relationship on one of our smaller business and have a deep understanding of key KPIs and provide recommendations to grow the business with the customer
  • Focus on how our supply chain needs to function with the growing ecommerce business and provide recommendations to grow this business in a cost effective and efficient way
  • Be a team player on the business you support and work with your supply chain partners to ensure we support our customer from order create to getting product to shelf and ensure inventory pipeline is healthy
  • Support key activities that happen on the business around item creation, rollovers, modular changes, promotional events and more
  • Deeply understand OTIF results focusing on On-Time and what gaps we need to go after to ensure we hit OTIF targets the customer gives us
  • Work closely with our sales team, production planning, demand planning, distribution, deployment, transportation, Order Management, and Supply Chain Analysis to achieve the results needed to support the customer
  • Be agile and flexible to support the variety of constraints and unplanned events that can impact our supply chain every day
  • Become team's SME on key initiatives / informal team leader as assigned by team leader
  • Focus on ensure our forecast has the proper ship splits to have product in the right places at the right time to support customer orders
  • Utilize Supply Chain knowledge to enable and influence process improvements based on customer requests and internal feedback to drive top line growth for the businesses.
  • Manage superior customer service and inventories to the desired level through in-depth technical knowledge, analyses, and review of systems and daily reports.
  • Identify and execute ideas that move the business forward, improved results and resolve inefficiencies
  • Build and maintain loyal relationships with customers through living KC core values demonstrating K-C One Behaviors
  • Demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency (internally and externally)
  • Strong, timely communication skills (both written and verbal) & has ability to communicate to Customers internally and externally
  • Remains composed / calm during crisis situations
  • Perform as an independent resource, little to no supervision required for day to day tasks
