As a Leader of our our Client and Partner Success Team you will beresponsible for developing and driving customer-centric technology enablement for new and existing products. You will work with our Compliance Product Platform group to refine the implementation, user experience, and adoption processes for our clients while working with Sales, Business, and Technology teams to professionalize the overall delivery of our solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

+ As a member of the leadership team, deliver on the company’s strategy for enhancing the product offerings, improving client adoption, and providing support to clients

+ Manage onboarding new clients and new service offerings to existing clients by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process, and ensuring ongoing support of clients in production

+ Establish and drive implementation of best practices for process improvement areas and coordinate their adoption

+ Maintain & regularly update SOPs, SWOTs, and team resources

+ Ownership and handling of client notifications/communication and client complaints

+ Collaborate with product owners and internal subject matter experts to define, layout and document platform enhancements and new service offerings

+ Responsible for interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for open positions

+ Focus on the growth and development of team members for their career advancement

+ Manage the teams responsible for implementation, support, and integration of products

+ Conduct annual reviews, merit, bonus, and promotion recommendations

+ Other activities as assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

+ 5-7 years of software/implementation experience

+ 3+ yrs experience managing teams of 10+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a challenging environment

+ Effective communication (written and oral) skills

+ Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker

+ Experience managing staff

+ Detail oriented and organized

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 10 or more years’ experience in mortgage industry- highly preferred
