Job Description
This position is responsible for advancing our Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations objectives. The individual will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership teams, as well as various cross-functional partner teams including HR Technology and Analytics, HR Legal, Culture of Inclusion, HR Partners and more to take a data-led approach to setting and executing against our TA strategic and operational goals.
Key responsibilities
+ Partner with the Director of TA Strategy and Operations to identify, develop, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives from planning and initiation through to launching and landing
+ Drive the global change efforts around rearchitecting our foundational TA infrastructure across process, policy, and systems viewpoints
+ Act as strategic thought partner for TA and key partner teams to implement the rearchitected designs to enable a globalized go-to-market strategy to ensure sustainable adoption of changes
+ Guide and direct the work in collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment against global TA program objectives, to meet timelines and to stay within budget
+ Design and launch a regular TA portfolio review cadence to continuously optimize and scale our talent acquisition ecosystem to improve organizational performance, efficacy, and efficiency
+ Help architect and drive adoption of standard operating procedures across all TA operational and strategic initiatives
+ Ensure regular and clear communication of portfolio scope, timing, risks, and progress
+ Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
