Roles and Responsibilities
+ Contributes to completion of specific programs and projects.
+ Analyzes organizational data and conducts advanced statistical analysis.
+ Applies mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of high complexity.
+ Models and evaluates the potential impact of data changes.
+ Frame and scale data problems to effectively analyze, visualize and find data solutions
+ Use automation and sophisticated software and programs to derive insights from data
+ Review and validate customer data as it is collected
+ Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies for solving data problems
+ Link analytic and data visualization products to database connections
+ Use data science methods related to data architecture, data munging, data and feature engineering, and predictive analysis
+ Work with unstructured text and natural language processing
+ Perform statistical analysis
+ Verify data quality, ensuring via data cleaning
+ Define data augmentation pipelines
+ Visualize and manipulate big datasets, both structured and unstructured
+ Explores and visualizes data to gain understanding
+ Perform preprocessing or feature engineering on given datasets
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ 2+ years of related experience
+ Experience with Jupyter Notebook
+ Experience with graph analysis
+ Data Cleaning
+ Hands on coding, Python scripting
Desired Education and Experience
+ CMS or in the Health Care Industry experience
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
+ Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
+ Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
+ Work effectively and efficiently as a team member in time-sensitive situations
+ Experience with Visualization and Reporting, Live stream data processing, dashboards and reporting, data analytics, data warehouse , Snowflake, Neo4j,Spark, Databricks
