The Lead Rebate Modeling Analyst will provide leadership of the Pharmacy Rebate Modeling team. This team develops financial modeling and utilization insights on Humana’s Pharmacy Rebates portfolio.

+ Lead and develop a team of analysts dedicated to Pharmacy Rebate Modeling & Pharmacy utilization
+ Utilizes advanced models to aid in making complex financial decisions
+ Uses project management skills to coordinate inputs from multiple supporting teams
+ Fully manages the relationship between the analytics team and the trade team that interacts and negotiates with drug manufacturers
+ Routinely presents modeling results in meetings with key stakeholders and executive decision makers
+ Leads development of various tools and reporting packages to aid internal customers and partners in assumption development
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
+ 2 or more years of leadership experience
+ Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience
+ Advanced experience in SAS and Excel
+ Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
+ Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
+ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs
+ Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Experience with tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations
+ Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
+ Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
Preferred Qualifications
+ Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
