At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Transformation Partner investigates workflows, business procedures, compiles and reports volume, productivity, quality and other statistical data. This role analyzes business issues and makes recommendations to maximize operational efficiency and quality, while ensuring compliance standards are fulfilled.
+ Works under limited to moderate supervision to analyze and solve complex operational, systems-related, and/or customer issues
+ Works with line of business to determine business needs for new products and Application Program Interface (API) requirements and ensures Proof of Concepts incorporates all business needs
+ Handles data collection and conditioning of accounts and account data for performance testing
+ Designs future conversation builds/functionality by defining current line of business processes
+ Oversees third party vendors and Regions Line of Business communications and work assignment
+ Conducts testing of new functionality through end to end test cycle i(.e. Development, Testing and Quality Assurance)
+ Coordinates testing activities with various groups within the bank to get a diverse test set for training new solution
+ Works on data mining call logs for speech modeling
+ Investigates fail outs in call logs to identify potential fails within speech model
+ Updates Watson Assistant solution with utterance fails, and train the solution through voice testing in Development environment
+ Ensures change management process is followed and properly documented
+ Ensures accurate current state dialog flow records are maintained and up to date
+ Monitors Virtual Banker dashboard for trends or anomalies
+ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
+ Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers, analyzing operations, determining project scope, and documenting results
+ Creates and maintains databases and management reports; analyzes and interprets data to identify anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvements
+ Works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing
+ May define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing
+ May manage large projects requiring some coordination and/or contribute to task forces or project teams
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, Supply Chain or related field
+ Seven (7) years of experience in Artificial Intelligence related role or environment
+ Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Supply Chain
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

+ Able to work equally well on self-managed or team-oriented projects
+ Aptitude for complex math and the ability to review and understand numeric data, graphs, and statistics.

+ Excellent communication skills – must be able to translate complex issues to multiple levels in the organization

+ Experience with the IBM Watson platform
+ Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
+ Proactive and adaptable
+ Report writing, including charts, graphs, etc.
+ Strong problem solving and investigative skills
+ Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry trends and a willingness to be a part of a growing platform
+ Willingness to learn and challenge existing bias on what is possible with AI
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
