Job Description

Staffmark has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist who is ready to join a winning team! Consumer collections experience a plus!
** This is not a remote Position**
Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances on accounts
Work with customers to set payment plans for outstanding balances
Assist in resolutions for outstanding account balances
Address customer concerns,
Confers with customers to determine if their monthly incomes, after living expenses, enable them to meet their credit obligations.
Seeks to establish an excellent two-way communications relationship with every customer to facilitate solution of any issues.
Enters new customer data and other data for current customers in Company's computer database.
Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills
Proficient computer skills must be able to work with multiple screens
3rd party collections experience a PLUS
