+ Help grade and file safety training with HR.

+ Establish digital trainings in GDC.

+ Improve compliance and training calendars.

+ Work with department managers and EH&S Manager to build upon routine task lists.

+ Work with Production Manager and Process Techs to develop applicable work instructions.

+ Establish files for Routine Task Register, Work Instructions, and all required training documents.

+ Work with Quality Manager to develop and publish video work instructions to the MLU BOK

+ Utilize theEMD Extrusion Safety Policyto identify and mark specificESZ areas and pedestrian walkways, energized equipment,and high hazardareas.

+ Hang new ESZ warningsignsin consistent places within each ESZ.

+ Work with electrical contractor to improve visibility of ESZ blue lights.

+ Workwith team to develop layout for model line project in LD, HD, and Ag departments.

+ Work with team to develop and acquire proper 6S organizational tools and markings.

+ Build MLU work instruction for 6S marking colors.

+ Implement 6S on 3model lines.

+ Use the Life Safety Code and NFPA standards to paint and label fire suppression system in both the main plant and Ag plant.

+ Work with AFP Group to improve suppression system map of both Ag and Main plant.

+ Document Zones with descriptions at each panel to improve understanding troubles.

+ Develop machine guarding checklists on mobile equipment (i.e. winders and bag machines).

+ Label and photograph standards for winders.

+ Label and photograph standards for bag machines.

+ Work with FLLs and Process Techs to implement checklist.
