Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience/Call Center Manager to join our team!

Work for an established yet innovative and growing company utilizing your leadership and relationship skills to maintain a customer-focused approach with focus on delivering superior service to our large and diverse customer base. What you’ll be doing:

+ Recruit, mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

+ Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

+ Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Improve customer service experiences.

+ Oversees daily activities of the Call Center for multiple locations.

+ Keeps management informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action to be taken.

+ Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.

+ Recommends salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, and dismissals.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.

+ Working closely with other Managers and Departments to facilitate continued maintenance, growth and promotion of customer relationships and service.

+ Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

+ All other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

+ Desire to be part of a winning team.

+ Strong work ethic, ability multitask and make decisions.

+ High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

+ Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

+ Good to excellent spelling and grammar with oral and written communication skills.

+ Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management or equivalent experience.

+ Supervisory experience.

+ Experience in productions or call center environment.
