The GPS Human Services Transformation (HST) offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
+ 6+ years of relevant industry experience
+ 3+ years experience in either Business Analysis, Technical Project Implementation, Development, Testing, or Management Consulting
+ 2+ years of experience in Health and Human Services
+ 1+ years experience working on an Agile SDLC project
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Ability to travel 20 – 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Program/policy knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care subsidies, Long Term Supports and Services, Child Support, Child Welfare Housing/Rental Subsidies or Unemployment Assistance
+ Previous Gov’t Consulting experience
