Our Customer Service Representatives rarely ever work on weekends. The role of a Customer Service Representative at Dexter is inside sales, making sales calls to customers, answering customer phone calls, answering customer questions, providing technical product information and assistance concerning pricing and shipping lead time, entering sales orders in the business automation system, processing customer warranty and/or return requests, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, one or more years of related inside sales experience, and excellent computer and phone skills.
